"The new generation of dancers wants something else. They don't want these power games anymore," says Janyce Michellod, Swiss dancer and choreographer. Janyce is a pioneer in the area of ethics in improvisational dance. She has introduced a collective approach, where everyone contributes equally to the creative process instead of following a leader.
